Our products are made without damaging chemical preservatives. While we take steps to preserve using naturally occurring antioxidants, our products eventually succumb to the aging process. For this reason we make many of our products made to order which can take our team up to 7 business days before shipping.

If you have selected overnight shipping or priority 1-3 day shipping (or any other variation of shipping options), these are referencing to the timeline of the carrier and not the lead time of Among The Flowers. The shipping timeframe begins once you receive the tracking number via email.

Once an order is picked up and scanned into the system of a carrier we are no longer responsible for your order. If your package tracking is showing delivered but you have not received it we can send over resources on how to file a claim with the appropriate service provider.
